Training Description:

WebLogic Server has been one of the most advanced, feature rich, commercial and Java Enterprise Edition compatible application servers. Version 10g brings with it the many improvements of Java Enterprise Edition 5 and a wealth of new capabilities.

This training is a fast track introduction to the administration of the Oracle WebLogic Server 10g.

Training Objectives:

At the end of the training, participants will be able to
  1. Describe the position of the Oracle WebLogic Application Server 10g among other application servers and related Oracle products
  2. Perform common administrative operations
  3. Deploy and manage Java EE application components
  4. Carry out general performance tuning tasks
  5. Enable and use high performance computing features (clustering) of the application server
