Well thought IT Governance processes and carefully crafted Enterprise Architectures are vital for the success of today’s businesses in very competitive arenas. However the emphasis placed on them are still far below adequacy, especially in Sri Lanka. This is mainly due to the limited awareness about such aspects within business communities and inadequate opportunities available within the education system to learn such concepts.

In this backdrop, the brevity displayed by Kamal, through his decision to undertake the challenge of taking these concepts and practices to businesses, professionals and students is commendable. I believe that the national services of this nature are highly valuable in our effort to become a successful nation in the world. 

Since I have known Kamal very well since his undergraduate days, I am certain that his admirable work ethics coupled with his strong academic background will provide necessary background to achieve his goals set forth in this endeavor.   I wish Kamal all success.
